A group of NBC year 10 students demonstrated their commitment to protecting and saving our environment by organising a Green Day. “We believe it is our duty as the upcoming generation to raise awareness of global warming and its negative effect on the world’s eco system”. Thank you to Vivien, Nehir, Ksenia, Lara, Selin, Suldem and Mahak for organising a bake sale and non-uniform day. The proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross in Australia. #NBCFamily #awareness #environment

NBC celebrated the end of the first term with a special assembly where students were awarded certificates for their participation in our sports teams and for progress in various subjects. Certificates of Merit were also given to students with R2 forms (awarded for effort, progress and good citizenship). Honours and High Honours certificates were presented to students for academic success. Special prizes were awarded to those with a gpa of 9.50 and above.

NBC school rounded off World Book Day celebrations with a fun packed day of book related activities and all children and staff were encouraged to come dressed as their favourite book character. The children also took part in a book sale throughout the day.

NBC Middle School graduation ceremony took place on 24th June 2020. Our students were presented their diplomas and congratulated for their hard work and motivation during the quarantine period. We wish all our students the very best of luck on their journey through High School.

The COVID-19 Pandemic didn’t prevent Necat British College Primary School children from receiving their school reports. Each child was invited to attend the school at an allocated time and were presented their school report by their teachers whilst observing guidelines issued by the Minsitry of Education. We wish all of our Primary School children a very happy summer holiday and look forward to seeing them in September.

NBC Primary School Year 6 completion ceremony was held on 26th June 2020. The children were presented their diplomas by the head teachers and were congratulated for their hard work throughout their final year of Primary School education. We wish all our children the very best of luck as they continue their learning journey through Middle School.

NBC High School graduation ceremony took place on 30th June 2020. Our students were presented their diplomas and congratulated for their hard work and motivation during the quarantine period. We wish our class of 2020 all the very best for their future wherever it may lead them.

NBC schools held their annual Pink Day event on 23rd October 2020 to support Tulips, the cancer charity. A total of 23,000TL was raised by donations made at our Pre-School, Kyrenia Campus and Nicosia Campus. Representatives from the High School student councils presented the money to Sue Tilt, on behalf of Tulips. A huge thank you to all our students, teachers, parents and staff for their kind donations.
